No, there is no catch to getting great deals on fixtures. Since my source is primarily selling fixtures offline, the only catch is that you will have to pick up your phone to call them, and/or hire an agent to be your eyes on the ground if you cannot make it to the warehouse yourself. Overall this in my mind is a benefit as it keeps the fixture prices extremely low, since most people have no clue they are even for sale!
